About the instructor: Patrice Dwyer is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor. She received her certification at Yoga at the Ashram in Millis, MA. She has been studying and practicing this yoga for over thirteen years. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and love of the practice with others in the community.
