This is a total body conditioning program using a combination of free weights and universal exercise machines. Each class begins with some basic flexibility exercises and warm up activities to prepare the body for a series of resistance movements. Participants work out at their own pace and are emphasized to practice proper form and pacing throughout each exercise. All ages and levels of conditioning are welcome.
About the instructor:
Greg has been teaching exercise classes to both adults and children since graduating from the Univ. of New Hampshire in 1983. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and has taught students of all levels ranging from elementary, middle school, high school and college!
