Do you have a great idea but are not sure if you can turn it into a business? This workshop will help you explore the process of bringing that idea to life. We will discuss how you can validate your business idea by asking three questions:
• What value does your idea deliver?
• Whom will it serve?
• How will you reach, attract and retain customers?
Participants will have an opportunity to brainstorm about how to get the data they need to answer the three key questions. This workshop will also include time for Q&A.
This course is presented in collaboration with SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives. SCORE volunteers provide low-cost educational workshops, free mentoring and other resources on Cape Cod and in all 50 U.S. states and territories.
