Come join this fun, engaging class where we will practice traditional yoga vinyasa as well as incorporate restorative poses to nourish the body, mind and soul. The class will be guided with cues and options for all levels. All are welcome!
About the instructor: Karen has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. Her passion for wellness led her to becoming a Yoga instructor. She loves connecting with the students in her class and to “have fun” with yoga!!
