About the Instructor: Jeanne Schumacher, MA, Ed.D., has taught chemistry, biology and environmental science for more than 30 years. She started following a plant-based diet in 2009 and is committed to inspiring others to change their health destiny though a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle. Jeanne earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through the eCornell Center for Nutritional Studies.
