Schedule

A total body conditioning program using a combination of free weights, bands, and your own body weight. Each class begins with a warm up, basic flexibility exercises and stretch. We will move into building strength, muscle definition (toning) and endurance through exercises using light to moderate weights with repetitions. We will incorporate a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups, work on form, and also include cardiovascular elements and core work, ending with a good stretch! Participants work out at their own pace and adjust the weight to their fitness level. All ages and levels of conditioning are welcome!

About the instructor: Theresa has worked as a certified fitness instructor since 1986, incorporating free weights, strength training, cardio, and endurance into her workouts. She enjoys motivating participants at any fitness level. Her motto is “HAVE THE BEST DAY EVER!” and feeling your best after class! She believes a good class incorporates not only health benefits like muscle tone, balance and heart health, but also fun, good music and laughs! She encourages everyone to participate, showing modifications so that everyone gets the workout that best suits their needs.
