Total Body Fusion is a full body workout for any level of fitness. You will work on cardio aerobic moves offering high, medium and low impact, upper and lower body strength, balance, Pilates mat core and flexibility stretches.
Bring a mat, water, light weights (2-4 lbs), stretch band or strap (6 ft dynaband can be purchased for $12 from instructor).
