In this class, participants will learn jewelry-making basics and how to use beading tools to create a pair of wire-wrapped gemstone earrings. The  instructor will guide participants on how to make a pair of wire-wrapped earrings. Then each participant will choose their own design and create a pair of earrings to take home.
 
All materials, including tools, gemstones, sterling silver wire, beads, and bead board, will be provided. It is recommended that participants bring a magnifier or corrective lenses if needed to ensure they can see beads and findings clearly.

About the instructor: Nauset alumna Christine Hogan, artist-owner of Lotus Beads Boutique, started making beaded jewelry in her early 20’s when her cousin invited her to a beading party and she was immediately hooked. She enjoys sharing the art and skill of jewelry making with new and experienced crafters.
