(Full title: Intermediate Spanish: Conversacion y mas)  This course is designed as a continuation of the Fall term's Advanced Beginner Spanish, with a focus once again on speaking conversational Spanish in a relaxed, supportive environment. Both past and new students are encouraged to sign up, with the understanding that the classes will happen mostly en español (¡Qué emocionante!). Students are asked to bring an "old-school" binder with a notebook to class, in which to take hand-written notes and store vocabulary sheets. We will keep the learning light and stress-free by having guided conversations, playing games, singing songs, and acting out mini-skits. As always, there will be lots of "space and grace" given to making mistakes, because that is the only way to truly learn a language!

About the instructor: Sandra recently retired from 30+ years of teaching Spanish on Cape Cod and English in Spain and is excited to continue facilitating learning through Nauset Adult and Community Education! Sandra holds a Master of Spanish Language and Civilization degree from New York University’s Madrid campus. She loves languages and cultures, and especially loves to use music, the “Universal Language,” as a springboard for exploring information and ideas. Besides being a teacher, Sandra volunteers as a music deejay at WOMR, Cape Cod’s community radio station.
